The Escuela de Arquitectura of the Universidad de Castilla - La Mancha, in collaboration with the Escuela de Arquitectura of the Universidad de Valladolid and with the Department of Planning, Design, Technology of Architecture (PDTA) of the Sapienza University of Rome, promoted the Interuniversitary Urban Design and Planning Workshop “Toledo Vega Baja”.
The Workshop will take place from 24 to 28 April 2023 at the Universidad de Castilla - La Mancha (UCLM), Campus de Fábrica de Armas, Toledo.
The Workshop will cover a project aimed at the urban regeneration of the Vega Baja area, located between the Tagus River and the Historic Centre of Toledo, characterised by the presence of significant Roman and Visigothic archaeological remains.
Will participate at the Workshop students from the three organising Universities, who will work in mixed groups under the guidance of tutors from the universities involved.
For the PDTA Department, participation in the Workshop is extended to 10 students of the Faculty of Architecture of the Sapienza University of Rome.
